We've been planning this for a LONG time and it's finally here! This past week we hired Matt Durand Construction company to build our new parking lot. Over 450 new parking places are just two-three months away! We are taking an ecologically-friendly approach to water shed and it will give us some extremely attractive green space featuring our favorite indigenous plants and trees strategically placed throughout the parking lot. Our retention pond will be treated as an aesthetic and not just a utility. It will be surrounded by a park like atmosphere including a walking track, amphitheater, picnic tables and park benches. Here's more great news: Our parking lot project bid came in over $300-K under budget! We have desperately needed adequate parking for a long, long time and we're so thankful to finally be seeing this dream come true!
